Allen E. Rogers is a writer and actor based in Austin, TX. He performs for The New Movement Theater Company in the house troupe, Laser Heart, as well as the troupe Bananas Foster Wallace with fellow comic writer, Reagan L. Ward. He is a regular guest cast member in the theater’s flagship Megaphone Show, has written and performed for multiple stage and video sketch shows and recently completed a cross-country company improv tour. Allen is currently working on publishing a children’s book and is in the process of several writing projects including his first novel. Allen was formerly a high school teacher and now works as a consultant and business owner. In his spare time, he runs long distances, sticks to a strict diet of lean meats, fruits and vegetables and enjoys wrestling with his basset hound, Willis. You can follow him on Twitter @aerogers.
